We will create a Facebook page featuring your listing and use that as an advertising tool to reach large groups of buyers frequently, with messages tailored to their needs and interests.

Advertising your home on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram will allow us to target and connect with potential buyers. Social media ads will give us the option to target your listing ads to Android, iOS or Blackberry users.

Video has become a powerful marketing tool for realtors. By featuring your listing in a video, it creates added value and provides more visual information about your property and the community.

BROCHURES

We believe that it is crucial to provide substantial information about the property. We will custom create a brochure that will feature your listing. Along with property brochures, we will also provide rate sheets from our select lenders to help buyers determine their costs and estimated mortgage payments.

DIRECT MAIL

Many buyers only move within a few miles of their home. Therefore, it makes sense to target nearby buyers through direct mail. Postcards of your listing will be mailed to all households within a 2 mile radius. The most likely source of buyers is in fact other Realtors. We work closely with most of the top agents in the DC metro area and market your property directly to those Realtors through flyers, email blasts, and Open Houses just for Realtors.

OPEN HOUSES

Our marketing plan includes public open houses every Sunday at times and on days that are agreeable to the seller. While it is unlikely that a property will sell on an open house, we do recognize that many buyers do look at open houses on Sundays without their agent and believe that it is important to make the property available to those buyers. Another likely source of buyers is from your neighbors! After all, they already know and like the neighborhood. They may even know your property well and may have a friend looking for a home just like yours!
